That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. (John 17:21)

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Is. 40:31)

My name is Svitlana, and I am from Odessa, Ukraine. I have believed in God since I was 17 years old. After I graduated from missionary Bible school at my church, Praise the Lord, I served in the worship ministry playing guitar and also helping to mobilize a gospel team in the regions of Ukraine. After studying design engineering at OGABA Academy in 2011, God put a desire in my heart to devote my life to full time service for Him. In the fall of 2011, I went and studied at Ternopil Missionary Institute, “Heart of Help”. After graduation I went to Kenya for a long-term mission. Now, in my 5-th year serving Christ in Mombasa Kenya, I am responsible for the mission “Time to go”. My responsibilities include team leadership, and the rest projects such as the youth ministry, school POMPA, outreach ministry and etc.
During my first 4 years of service here in Mombasa, we have led many people to Christ. In addition to this evangelistic work, we are teaching and leading these new converts into a deeper understanding of the Word of God. In the course of serving, we have seen people healed, and witnessed many people grow in spiritual freedom in Christ Jesus as they learn to follow Him.

For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. (1 Corinthians 4:10)

My name is Eva Kocharyan. My home town is Kirovigrad Ukraine. My home church is Living Hope. I want to tell you a little about myself, my ministry and my desire to have people join me in the ministry God has given me.
I grew up in a non-believing family. In 2008, I repented and believed in Christ. After I got to know God, I began to serve him in the church’s worship group. In that time, I saw an article about missionary service, and I knew that God wanted me among people who had not yet heard the gospel! All this time, the fire of the Great Commission burned in me, but I did not know how to act on it! In 2014 I heard about Ternopil Missionary Institute, and a dream to study there lit up in me! While studying at the institute, I fasted and prayed asking God to reveal His will for my life. That is when the Lord gave me a special love for the African people, and a desire to serve Him among them.
This year I went to Mombassa Kenya to join the team of “Heart of Help”. Now, I teach Bible lessons to young people at a school for poor children. I am also responsible for several things: a project called Present the Future to the Child, service in a children’s home, and a children’s video program called Super Book.
During my time in Mombassa, I have realized that nothing is more wonderful than seeing people saved and their lives changed. I have decided because of this, I am willing to die to myself, and follow after Jesus.
